Default Cleaned air filter

I have a 00 f 150 5.4 triton with an Air Force one air intake. Cleaned the filter yesterday went to start it today and it won't start. I don't think the two are related but I just need some other input.

may have gotten too much oil on the filter and coated the MAF...go buy some MAF cleaner and remove the MAF and spray it down...let it dry and replace. good luck

Turning over and cranking is the same thing. Just spray the MAF with MAF cleaner and let it dry. Don't spray nothing else on it. If it's an oiled filter I would get rid of it and get a dry filter.

Cranking = starter turns but, motor does not start...
Turning over = motor starts after starter cranks...

Cranking- starter engages, engine does not start.
Turning over- intrnal parts recoprocate, engine does not start.
Starts- motor starts after starter cranks...

Regardless of how y'all decide to finish the measuring match, I would agree that the first place to look is the MAF. Clean it and go with a dry filter.
