Default Chirping noise from passenger side

Hey guys I've read many post to help with some of my projects on my 99 f150 5.4l and am relatively new to motor rebuilds. I finished rebuilding the top end and I have realized over the past couple of years that whenever I really get on the engine and reach 4000 rpm I hear chirping noise on the passenger side of the truck. I didn't think anything of it, I just figured it had to do with the ac. However looking back I have gone through 4 water pumps since the rebuild and what really made me question it was when I was really driving it hard and heard the chirping the water pump bearings went out and I was leaking coolant. Could it be a pulley ailignment issue or what? Any help would be great because I want to make sure this is fixed before I start putting on a supercharger
