Default Can you diagnose this problem?

I have a 2002 Ford F150 5 speed Manual. When I get to 60-65 mph there is a distinct noise and vibration coming from what sounds like the rear of the vehicle. We I take my foot off the gas and coast at the same speed it doesn't make the noise. The check engine light now came on. Please help.

Default O2 senor

they put the computer on it at autozone and it is an O2 sensor....this doesn't explain the vibration at 65 mph though??

sure it does...you may be feeling a misfire...fix the light and go from there.
