Buying an 2005 xlt instrument cluster?
The odometer on my 2005 XLT is not working (though the backlight still comes on).
In reading the forums, it sounds like like this problem is fairly common. And the most likely solution is replacing the entire instrument cluster.
I know if I take it to a Ford Dealer, it is going to be around $800 to get get his problem fixed.
My first question does anyone have any recommendations of where I can get instrument cluster (for 2005 XLT) for a reasonable price?
And if you know San Diego County, can you recommend an independent repair shop that should replace this instrument cluster for a reasonable cost?
