BlueMagic Headlight Lens Restorer
I saw this Bluemagic stuff on Trucks! and happened to find it at AutoZone. This is good stuff it did a great job with the plastic not only on the headlights, turn signal lenses but the grill, the Ford badge etc. Up till now I have always used Brasso but this stuff seems to work even better.

I've had experience with Meguiar's Plast-X and a lot of wax on/wax off by hand will clear it up, but if it's too deep of oxidation, you may have to rub it into a haze with 000-0000 steel wool and wetsand it with very fine sandpaper... then hit it with a coat of clear enamel.

I'll post the headlights I did on my sister's cirrus and coworker's F150... my Kia headlights were the only ones to come out PERFECT. (my car, I'm going to take my time, your car + no $ = good enough for gov work, LOL)
