Trainspotter_338

I have an 06 Crew cab, and sometimes when I engage the turn signal it makes a buzzing noise. I have to wiggle the arm a bit to get into stop. Now, when I engage the turn signal for a right hand turn, they both (front and rear) blink very fast and dim. Also, the right turn indicator in the dash lights is contantly on when ever the head lights are on.. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks
