Default Battery drain

I've had this problem since I got the truck. It's a 97 lariat 4x4. I used the volt meter and pull the fuse truck, nothing made it drop and its shows its very minimal. I pulled evey relay to and nothing. A few nights ago my batter cell went dead so I got a new one. When I punch the gas, the rps get up to 2500 and my headlights get very very bright And radio, and all inside lights will cut off and truck stalls. I already got new batter and alternator checked to see if its bad or causing my short. Nothing. Any other suggestions before I take it to the shop ? Anything helps very pressed with $ at the moment

Put the meter between the battery and its chassis connection and see if there is actually a drain or if it's just getting run down on its own. You're always going to see SOME drain. We need numbers.

I checked for a draw after I put a new battery, nothing comes up now, but my voltage meter syncing with my rpm level is still there, I can't get up to speed like I should with out blinding people because my voltage meter skyrockets

It's part of the alternator but I don't know what side it's on or if it's on the back. Regardless, it is a testable part. You can pull the alt off there and look for it and then get them both tested.
