Default Bad idle and won't start

Hey guys,
my 05 F150 5.4 has been having this issue lately where it has a hard time starting (I have to crank for 4-5 seconds, and sometimes twice), and it also idles kind of bad. I wouldn't describe it as a "rough" idle, but maybe 100 rpm lower than usual and the truck shakes quite a bit more. No stalling.

When driving though I have yet to notice anything wrong.

I got 3 times P0172 (system too rich bank 1) and I also got once a P0301 Cyl. 1 misfire and a P0300 Random misfire. I didn't notice those misfires while driving, but who knows. The P0172 only shows when I'm idling for a few minutes. Never came on while actually moving.

I've already taken out and cleaned throttle body and MAF. I also sprayed some water around the lines and the engine, as far as I saw, no vacuum leak. (That would be too LEAN, anyway, right?)

The truck has 167 000 km (104 000 miles). I guess the next step would be to change spark plugs?

Would appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks!
