Anyone know what part this is?

I have a 03 supercrew 4x4 5.4. Under the tranny there is a hole about the size of a golf ball directly under the tourque converter where seems to be a small cover has fallen off? Anyone know what this is? Thanks

Inspection / asccess opening. There is a rubber snap in cover missing which you can get for cheap at the Ford dealer.
