Question Another bad cam?

Hello I have a 2005 F150 Screw 4x4 with a 5.4, and I was wondering what yall thought. I bought the truck at 88k and had all the cams changed and it still ticked away. its now at 126k and it still does it, was wondering if its them or maybe a different problem. the sounds is coming from the back of the passenger side
I have no loss in power and it runs great other then it likes to drink and burn a qt of oil every 4k =_=

Thank you in advanced =D if there is any other things you need to know let me know

Default update

I checked to see if it was a manifold and sadly it is not...while I was there though I went to see where the sounds was coming from and it sounds like its the last cylinder on the passenger side. ( checked with a screw driver to hear something didn't hear anything really so I resorted to a aluminum baseball bat..( I know I sound crazy but it is hollow so) and over the other cylinders it sounds normal but that back one...you can hear it). it is a sad day I think. =/

Kinda sounds like a rod. Hard to tell not being there. Any loss of oil pressure?

No I have not changed the vct solenoids =/ I was told that I have to change the valve covers when changing those...I feel like that's not correct though
