So I doubt anything has ever been done to this truck besides oil changes and tire rotations. I have heard negatives about tranny flushes if they have never been done before...and I am aware of the possible spark plug issues, but what do you guys recommend.

fluid flushes all around diffs, trans, coolant, replace plugs, air filter... just common maint.

Yup, just do the common things. Dont worry about the tranny flush.

If by flushing you draining and refilling then ignore this but if you want to have it flushed be advised. If you take it somewhere to be done don't have your tranny "flushed." Most places have quit flushing as it "pressure cleans" your tranny's internals and seals that were never meant to have that kind of pressure which spells major trouble in the long run.
