Default 99 4.6L Low EGR FLOW

I have a 99 f150 that the engine light came on. The code was for Low EGR Flow. I have replaced the egr valve, vacuum solenoid, and dpfe sensor. The light keeps coming on. I need help! Do i need to replace all the vacuum lines next? DO I have a vacuum leak?

Did you clean the part of the throttle body that connects to the egr? it can get clogged with deposits. I had the same problem once and went and changed a bunch of stuff for no reason.

I did clean it, but I might not have been as thorough as i should have been. I will clean it again. Thanks. I still have not had time to check for vacuum leaks either. I will try to do both on my next off day.

Default One More Thing:

Make sure the edge orifice inside the EGR pipe and located between the two hose barbs is clear. EGR flow can be ascertained by setting the engine at idle, then pulling a vacuum of a few inches on the EGR valve vacuum port; the engine should slow or stall out if there is flow.
