I've tried to search this forum but have no luck with my specific problem. The passenger side window will not lower using either the driver side or passenger side controls.
Replaced window motor
Driver side window works
Sometimes the power locks do not fully unlock passenger door (not sure if this is relevant)
Problem originally started as an intermittent problem then finally stopped working completely.

Any suggestions on trouble shooting? The owners manual does not show a fuse for Windows but I read here that the power box has a relay for the Windows. Are they separate for each window because the drivers side window works.

The rubber boot between the door and body, split it open to get at the wires in there, they are known to break over time, they may look good on initial inspection so you want to pull on each wire, if any stretch, that's where the break is.
