98 f150 shudders when accelerating 30-50 mph
I bought a 98 f150 has about 103k with the 5.4 a few months ago from my wife's dad. It has a issues when accelerating. When around 30 to 50 mph is shakes bad. Feels like the shaking is coming from the engine bay. I have just replaced the plugs and coil packs but it's still there? Now I'm lost, could it be the torque converter?

Okay so I went through and disconnected each coil pack 1 ar a time and noticed that cylinder 4 is not working even though is has a brand new spark plug and coil? Next I will do a compression test on that cylinder to make sure it at least has compression.

What brand plugs and coils were used. Some of the cheaper coils can be bad out of the box.

Okay so changed out the coil and problem is still there. I then moved the injector and found the injector is causing the problem so it seems. I order a new injector so hopefully that solves the issue.
