I have a 94 ford f-150 5.8 it shakes at idle and at low rpm cruising speed I guess it shakes anything below 2000 rpm I changed the plugs wires distributor cap its not missing or anything just shaking very annoying can anyone help?

I have the same issue with my 1990 F150 4.9L 300 and I can't figure it out after replacing the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. We thought it might be the EGR valve, but with no issue found on it, (which is often the case for our symptom.) I posted this on a different thread, so I'll let you know what I find out or I can figure it out myself.
