4th gear shakes the truck unbelievably
2000 5.4L 4x4
Sat for 2 years. Diagnosed and fixed some misfire issues from water being in the plug chambers. That cleared misfire and lean codes. Still probably need new plugs.
Truck runs fine moving from 1st to 2nd to 3rd gear but shakes/rumbles the entire truck aftee it shifts into 4th and still traveling same speed.
Pulling code P1405 Differential Pressure Feedback sensor upstream hose off or unplugged. Inspected it, looks okay.
Any guidance moving forward would be great. I'm hoping it's not a transmission issue.

did you pull the hose off and see if it was clogged ?
