My 2011 5.0 had been having these trans issues for quite awhile but it's something I've never seen before, the bolts either come out or snap in half on the transmission, the first time I noticed it I was headed down highway 211 and I look back and there's smoke coming out of my truck I pull over and my entrie transmission had shifted down with 2-3 missing bolts (probably 4-5months ago, ford fixed it) just the other day I got under the truck and noticed The 2 bottom Bolts were broken off, it's been shifting real weird and some times when I hit a hard enough bump it'll send the truck into a high gear, has anyone else been having these same issues?

Perhaps they are over torqued? I'd pick up the bolts from Ford and do it myself; 97-98 inch pounds of torque I believe.

I had sent it to ford the first time they replaced the bolts and a transmission pump, they said they don't know the reason why it's keeps doing this, unless ford is over torqueing the bolts

They just came out with a recall for the 11-12 trucks. Don't think it applies to you though

I didn't see any models it just said f150 in general, but I've had that problem once before in lower speeds 20-40 range every once in a blue moon it'll downshift real hard to first, any idea what models the recall is for?

It would be for all models. The recall doesn't pertain to your broken bolts, but does handle the sudden downshift.
