you really didn’t have to go to Ford to buy light bulbs... I would try a flasher relay.. and again , you need not buy it from Ford.

Where is the flasher relay located and how do I identify it?

Are there two flasher relays, one for each side?

Just 1 and turn your flasher's on and listen for it under the drivers side dash...a little square box with a plug on it. Your owners manual may show a pic of it and it's location.

I can hear it but can't find it.

My owners manual didn't show the location.

Is it to the left or right, above or below the steering column?

I am such a BONE HEAD.

I did one last check and found that the back left upper blinker light was out.

Turns out that the back has two blinker lights per side.

Bought two new lamps and installed.

Fast blinky goney.
