2010 Supercab headliner/electrical
Hi All -
I recently experienced the dreaded water leak issue from the roof of my 2010 Supercab. As part of diagnosing the source of the leak and drying stuff out, I removed much of the interior including the headliner. Once the leak was sealed back up, I reinstalled the interior and now my dome light, map lights and compass on the dash don't work. I obviously missed something in the installation process and was hoping for some feedback to help me before I take it all back apart again. This is a XLT with no sunroof or anything like that. Just the overhead console that has 2 sunglass holders and the map lights. I do remember that there were 4 electrical connections above the headliner. One by the Sync microphone, one for the mirror, one large multi-wire plug that appeared to just be clipped to the console, and one smaller connector that was plugged into the console.
Any ideas as to what I missed, or where to start looking? Thanks!

Well, after a week of pondering and convincing myself that I couldn't have possibly missed something simple, I took the headliner back down with the intention of delving into a electrical mess. Upon doing so, I realized that I hadn't re-connected two of the electrical connectors near the rear window. DOH!!! Well, problem solved...lesson learned...and yes, I've been humbled. But at least I didn't pay somebody else to do it for me.
