2010 FX4 SCREW with 30,000 mi. 5.4 V8 engine. Now just takes a crap and engine dies, often. I get an oil light, fast repetitive warning beep and 4x2 light flashes in read out in dash. It will then start right up and may run for another 2 miles, repeat and then not do it for weeks.

ONLY trouble I have ever had with this truck.

Any suggestions on what may be cause, is this a trend with this year model?

well did some research on my own, and found it is likely cannister purge valve.
