Default 2010 Ford f150 KR 5.4 spark plug change DYI ....

I can't seem to find anything that details how to change these spark plugs. I find older model youtube videos for the 5.4l from 1998 to 2005 but nothing newer.

Can anyone point me to a video or detailed post somewhere that details how to change the spark plugs on a 2010 5.4l KR? I don't feel like paying $600 for 2 hours of work. Thank you so much in advance,
