2010 ford F150 6 button FOB reprogramming problem
Hey guys.
So i'm in a jam and wanted to get your input on my situation. While i was deployed, my 6 button FOB (see picture) stopped working for my wife. I have a 2010 Ford Lariat with remote start (Remote start is stock) I replaced the batteries the first weekend I came home. After replacing the batteries, I got into this book (picture attached) and started doing the steps. Well during my second attempt to program the FOB (after swapping batteries around) after holding the reset button for 10 seconds and hearing the 3 honks, I hit the unlock switch on my driver side door (Blond moment). Ever since that, the truck will not go into programming mode.
So...with all that said, did i just f*** myself? Does anyone know how i can reset the truck or get the truck in programming mode? The FOB cost $55 from Ford.
I don't know if this is relevant but i can re program the Ford 3 button FOB but cycling the key off-on 8 times.

You have an after market fob it looks like.
