2010 F150 weird sound
Ok I have a weird sound coming from under my truck on the driver side front when my truck is under load only. The sound doesnt come up when it as at an idel, coast or when I rev it. I just fixed my cat that was blown out thinking that was the only noise but when I got my truck back it still had a sound when you accelerated.
Has anybody ever had this happen to them?
Its a 2010 F150 with 70,000 miles on it and i keep it well maintained.
I have a few mods but I dont think its from them.
Engine:
Cold air intake
throttle body spacer
long tube headers
new cats
new exhaust
Tune
Suspension
2.5" leveling kit
3" rear block
Tires and Wheels
33" nittos
20x10 fuel -12 offset
Somebody help me out this sound is driving me nutz!!
Thanks!

This thread is completely useless without a video of the sound, and even then it would probably be hard to figure out what it is.

It could be the exhaust manifold, because after a while the manifolds tend to warp causing an exhaust leak. Thus the weird sound when accelerating. I as well have to replace mine. I know what sound your talking about mine does the same "marble rattle" but mine also threw an exhaust leak code a long time ago and hasn't been back since. Let me know when you figure out what's wrong, I may be wrong haha.

Its in the shop now, ill let you know what they say. I didnt have any check engine lights come on which is weird but i started to think it might be the chain in the transfer case. I drive the truck really hard all the time and I think it might have gotten worn out and in now loose. But anyways when I hear back from my mechanic ill reply back
