Default 2010 F150 Blower Motor Problems

Hello all, I am having trouble with my heater, I recently changed out the blower motor resistor module. Was having intermittent fan speeds. So after the change out, I'm still having intermittent fans speed. Now it only operates on the #3 heater speed with the new module, would like to know what to do next. Gets pretty cold up here in Canada. Thanks.

Most heater controls are a combination of switches, relays and vacuum controls. This is one feature I would have a specialist (not ness. a dealer) look into for you. There are even a series of very fine sensor wires in the plenum that can get dirty or break, that would cause this issue. You might get the wire diagram and trace the control wire from the switch to see where they go. Good luck
