2010 5.4L: RH Exhaust Manifold Replacement
Hi,
Just got my 2010 w/5.4L out of the Ford service shop today. Had RH exhaust manifold replaced. Fixed the loud exhaust noise that was occurring under engine loading conditions (acceleration, going up hills, etc.). Now she's purring right along!
Next best part is that their service shop agreed with my diagnosis, and, with just over 2,000 mi left on the 5/60 powertrain warranty, it was free save for the $3.00 misc. plus EPA charge that probably gets tacked on to every invoice, and the $20 insurance charge for the otherwise free rental car.
