Default 2009f150 lariat tune up!!!!!

My ride has 85k on it and un-like its brother I just got rid of 2007 fx4 the 2009 lariat from what I see has way more room and alot less crap in way to change and get to the plugs , now I watched a video of guy useing an air ratchet to pull the plugs, I had more control control with this than a regular ratchet and extension I could stay in one spot and let the air do its thing and tap the plugs loose ( not one broken plug) I am a fan of air tools now ....back to question motorcraft plugs or any other recommendations would be appreciated want give this ride some TLC......

Stick with OEM. BTW you don't have to worry about the 2 piece plugs on a 2009. That was fixed later 2007 (most 2008 models) with single piece plugs. No need for an impact.
