Question 2009 fx4 flareside 5.4 3v tune up suggestions

Hi all. new here. first post. bought my truck a few months ago. getting close to 100k. wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get some of the life back in it i.e. plugs, injectors etc. it already has a cat back system on it (sounds great I love it). Im going to do some stuff to it like a CA intake, sct programmer, the 2wd elocker mod so I can lock the diff in 2wd (no more 1 wheel peels
Im just looking to revive the motor a bit b4 I start putting power to it.
If you could include brands/part numbers thatd b great.
Thanks

Congrats on your new truck. Like any other guy, I can understand wanting to make this truck your own, but.......100,000 miles is not all that many miles on a newer vehicles. Plugs and wires etc are always recommended at 100K but injectors are not needed unless you're ready to go down the road of a complete top end mod. If you are confident as mechanic and have done extensive engine work you should be OK.

New spark plugs, if they haven't been changed. F150 hasn't had wires in 15 years...all COP.
Fluids...all of them. That's about it.
