Default 2007 F-150 5.4 Idle Problem

My 2007 F-150 5.4 will act like it wants to die at idle. When the truck is at idle moving in a parking lot, if I tip the gas to move into a spot or just speed up a little the truck will idle way down, below 500 RPM, and act like it wants to die. Almost like half the engine shuts down. If I bring the engine above idle the problem goes away. I've had the engine codes checked, found P0349 and P0345. Both cam sensors have been changed and I can find no electrical problems. Other then at idle the truck runs great.
116000 miles. No major maintenance done.

Run a can of power foam through the throttle body. May just need a good intake cleaning.

Clean throttle body and mass airflow sensor.
