Default 2006 xlt cia
Will putting on a new CIA before I install a tuner cause problems for my engine? I have the 5.4L. Any help will be appreciated.

does says it requires a tune on the cai? some dont require a retune but some do. what kind of cai do you have?

I dont have one yet but I will be getting one soon, probably K&N or the S&B. I just never heard that I would have too get a performance tuner before installing a CIA.
