2006 ford f150 catalytic converters
Hello,
has anyone replaced a catalytic converter on an 06 5.4 v8 2wd. I wanted to see if there are any alternatives to buying it from the dealer in california. they are asking for $1600 per cat.
would any other years work with an o6 any help is appreciated. thank you

Get a set of universal cats and have them welded in. There's no need to get cats specific to your truck as they cost a ton.
Make sure to get ones that will work in CA though.
