2006 F150 Spark Plugs
What problems may I experience by not changing spark plugs. I am thinking of leaving the original plugs in for 200,000 to 300,000 miles.

yeah pay the couple hundo and just do things right. It will cost you more in the long haul not listing to the FoMoCo!!!
