I have a 5.4 and i have a oil leak from this spot. This is my first truck and never been the type to work on cars. Trying to learn. Anyone know what this part is called? I seems to be coming from that rubber cicrle and the metal plate on other side
It's not coming from the rubber plug...it's ending up there. most likely from the rear of your oil pan or rear main seal. clean it up and watch it...could very well be from a sloppy oil change.
