2004 5.4L engine noise
Need help...I have a 2004 F150 XLT 5.4L...My truck will sometimes make a loud growling noise through the airbox when I step on the accelerator at around 1500rpms. I let off the gas and the growling will stop when the tranny downshifts and I apply the accelerator. The noise is loud like a foghorn!! It feels like a valve or something is wrong with the vacume system somewhere..Please advise
