I have been having a lot of trouble finding replacement seats for my 2003 f150 supercab lariat leather bucket seats. They have the integrated seat belt next to the head rest. I have been able to find a number of other seats but few have the integrated seat belt. What vehicles did this style seat come in? I have heard the 250 had these seats. I have looked at 2004 and above lariats and they seem to have the right seats, but the 1997-2003 rarely have them. Are the 2004 seats the same or will they fit. Really struggling here so any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Also, how easy would it be to just replace seat belts?
