Default stalling problem and i'm completely lost.

I started with the P0345 code when my 2006 5.4 triton started dieseling and stalling at stops. Dealer said it was the cam phasers so this is what I did since then. New cam phasers, Cam position sensors, Crank position sensor, chain tensioners, chain guides, and alternator. When we installed the phasers we did check that the marks on the chain were lined up properly with crank and cam shaft. We also pulled the CPU fuse to try and reset it. I keep getting the P0345 code so I performed the wiring test where you check the OHMs of the sensors and wiring. Everything checked out except the step where you check the OHMs post to post in the CMP harness. We checked that the wiring was good by OHM output from CPU harness to CMP harness. When I unplug the CMP's the truck doesn't stall but when I plug them back in it barely runs. Anyone who can help please do THANKS MUCH!!!!!!
