Default Trailer Lights

Hey guys, ever since I bought my 2004 F150 FX4, the right turn signal on the 4 pin and 7 pin hasn't worked. So I figured it was the wiring harness, so to be safe, I double checked the output of the female connecter and, it was putting out a signal, but no signal on the male side of the harness. So I thought "Perfect!" easy fix. Wrong!!!! I installed the new harness only to discover the same problem..... After a bit I decided to re-check the Female output, and found that the hole I was getting the signal out of(Orange Wire), was not the hole that lines up with the right turn signal (Green Wire) on the harness. How could they get that backwards? The instructions do say that the Green wire is in fact the Right turn signal so......Any ideas on how to rectify this situation? The Only way I can see is to cut the Orange and Green wires before the female output, cross them, and hopefully all works at the end of the day. But any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Dan

Ended up sorting it out, didn't realize that there were 2 right turn signal wires, just ended up jumping the the orange wire the the Green(which wasn't getting any power), and it works!!!
