I have a 1985 f150 and when I get to speeds up to 47 mph my truck starts bogging down and wanting to shut off it idles good and everything I was told it was to do with the flapper but I don't know where that is on the exhaust

If you have one, it's between the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe. They used to be on the right side.
