Just replaced front fuel tank and sending unit on my 1982 f-150. Gauge initially read OK (empty) until I topped the tank. Since then needle is past the "full" mark and after 30 miles driving it still will not move. Needle returns to "Empty" when ignition is OFF.
Tank and sending unit are both brand new.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
