12 f150 e brake.
When I use my E-brake and I pull the lever to disengage it it does not go all the way up i have to give a nice lil love tap/kick to get it up all the way. Anyone know how to fix this

My 13 parking bake did that when new so they replaced the complete assembly.
It worked fine for 2 years and then started not coming all the way up. It doesn't do it every time but when it does the brake warning doesn't turn off so I just put my foot under it and nudge it up.

Yep. My '13 does the same. Dealer said the assembly at the wheels would need replaced and they wouldn't cover it. I may replace it when I get new rotors out back, but it doesn't bother me giving it a minor tug to get it disengaged.

Beer, Boats, and Trucks.
Had that when I bought my truck, had the dealer fix it. The guy was like "oh its just a spring, we'll take care of that for you" $700 dealer dollars later he was unhappy and gave my truck back fixed lol I cant remember what all had to be replaced but apparently it was more then just the spring haha
