Default '10 F-150 MAF connector stuck

I have a 2010 F-150 5.4 with the MAF connector that is stuck. Anyone have ideas on how to safely get this thing disconnected? Red clip disengages but connector won't slide off.

78k miles, check or change air filter every oil change around 5k miles and never had an issue until recently. Tried gently prying with a wide blade thin flathead screwdriver with no luck. I guess the pins might have gotten corroded but never noticed it last time I checked filter.

Anyone had luck pullying from the red clip like some other vehicles you can usually do? Don't really want to risk snapping it off so figured would ask what would be safe.

Thanks

Try warming it up with a hair dryer and then give it a shot of WD-40

I've got a couple different types of penetrating oil and Corrosion-X. I was playing it safe and trying not to spray anything on the outside of the MAF or connector. It safe to assume it is sealed from the pins to the actual internal metering wires and spray away or be careful?
