Default 06 F150 Rough Idle and horrible fuel mileage

Having problems figuring out the problem, I recently bought the truck and shortly after got a check engine light. Turned out to be left bank O2 sensor. I replaced both of the upper O2 sensors and was good for one day. The next day the code came back and it is back to rough idle at times and it seems the tank has a hole in it as much as it likes the gas pump. I read on the forum here that there could be other issues causing the o2 sensor code to come up. I checked for loose vacuum lines but did not see any. Any idea what direction I should go in?

After cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor, the problem went away for a day and then came back. I had it scanned with a autoxray today and all of the coils are misfiring except for number 8. Is there something other than all 7 going bad at once that could be causing the misfire?

Yes, just dropped it off at the dealership to get some resolution on what is going on. They got 16 codes to come up. They are digging deeper, sounds like a short or comp problem.

Something came to me as I was beating my head against the wall trying to figure out the problem. I may not have it fixed yet, but all the coil codes that popped up were because I tested them the old fashioned way this morning by unplugging them one at a time to see if there was a change in the way the engine ran. This caused the code to pop up. I told the dealership but I guess they dismissed it. I got all worked up for nothing. I did replace the one O2 sensor again and no code or rough idle as of yet. I will not get my hopes up for a few days but right now I am happy with it.
