04 f150 spark plug demolished ... What to do?
This is how the spark plug came out!! What do I do about this? Is it safe to put the new one in???<br/><br/>04 f150 5.4 l

I believe I would borescope that cylinder very carefully first. It looks like SOMETHING has been banging around in there pretty good that couldn't get out of an exhaust port.

Ok so I looked in the cylinder and no particals inside. 4 of the 8 plugs separated from the jamb but so it came out in 3 pieces. All put back together and no longer shudders in overdrive!!
