Purchased a Ford F150 Lariat 2003 - Starting to have issues - When i go up a hill it looses speed and seems like i am hit bit by the back - Tried to put the O/D on when in hill and it is worst taught it was going to die on me
Don't have much $ to invest so what is recommended to get this fixed?

I am also having a similar issue with my 2003 5.4. I bought the truck a few weeks ago. On the drive home noticed some shakes about 47-50 MPH. Got it home, CE light popped on for a cylinder 2 misfire. Replaced all 8 plugs, they had some carbon buildup on 2 of them. CEL went away, but still had the shake at 45+ on occasion. I checked u-joints, they're tight. Front end is also tight as well. Steering wheel does NOT shake when the entire truck vibrates so I would rule out that its a wheel issue. I believe it might be the driveshaft out of balance, but I'm not too sure. Yesterday I drove the truck and it was shaking at 55-60 MPH and also at 45 MPH. At 70+ it's perfect, and also at lower speeds. Any thoughts??
