the 2004-2008 lower control arms are aluminum and the 2009-2014 lower control arms are steel that's the only difference I know of but that's the 4x4's.. I'm not 100% sure the 2wd has the same lower control arms.

Default 1 " block 2015 f150

I was wondering if I could add a 1" block to my 2015 f150 fx4 with out changing my rear shocks. Will the stock shocks handle the extra block. I like the way my truck rides and don't want to change them out if I don't have to. Thanks.

I don't know the correct answer to that question...but if I was you I would ask the same question on one of the leveling kit discussions.
