6 inch lift and.....
I am wanting to put a 6 inch lift on my 2004 F150, I wanted to know if I could fit 37's or if i would have to put any body lift on. And YES i KNOW i'm going to have to re-gear the truck

You should be able to, although you are going to have to trim like a mother more than likely. I would recommend stacking a level on top as well and maybe an add a leaf.
