351w (clevor actually) in my 03
got a little more work done on my circle track project this weekend.. got the engine set back in, unfortunately headers had to come off for the engine to go in, but i'll know soon how these headers fit. motor mounts are home-made if you couldnt tell. i'm actually surprised how perfect the oil pan fits (pan from 95 f150)trans is an early 3-speed manual. headers are for a 77-79 bronco with a 400, which explains why they hang so low, haha. i cant complain though, the headers were free, but if i had to buy them new, i would have gone for a set for a Torino so they dont hang so low

Pretty awesome, definitely an interesting idea and worth documenting. 3 speed trans though... Probably great for your application, but it was the only thing I ever hated about my Bronco.

351 Clevor??? Last time I checked it was a 351 Windsor or 351 Cleveland, the deciding factor being the city the engine was built in.
Cleveland Ohio and Windsor Ontario.

you are correct. a Clevor is a windsor with Cleveland heads. my class rules specify i need to use factory iron heads, and i didnt want to settle on GT40P or D0OE heads being a bottle neck on my build, and tiny valves in all the factory windsor-familied heads. so a free pair of cleveland heads with huge ports and 2.06 valves fit the bill. you can tell in this pic how much bigger the cleveland ports are compared to the windsors. they take a little bit of work and a special intake to make it all work, but i think it'll all work out well in the end.

Maybe to many trucks?
This is weird. Last night I was wonderin if it is even possible to put a Cleveland head on a Windsor and here it is being done.
Subscribing to see how this turns out. My only question are you going carb or Efi?
If Efi stock intake or Ezefi from msd or elderbrock.

Sub'd for this unusual build. What are you running in that a class specific engine is required? Off-road or track?
