The shifter has been pretty far from plug/play so far for me, but that's because my search results have yielded only one or two others that have even attempted this project, haha! At the end I'll do a full write-up to let you know what you need, although I'm not planning on hooking up the rear outlets or air as of right now.

I'll need to take off a bit of the gloss on the adapter trim, but once i get my CTS Edge Evolution programmer I will be designing and installing a center portion to fill out the adapter center!

A little blurry, but she shifts perfectly and drives strong!

Also part of my project is blacking out the interior piece-by-piece. Not the dark grey parts, just the bland light grey ones. Since I had yet to re-attach the instrument cluster I decided to take out the rest of the panels as well and get them all looking beastly. Krylon Maxx Satin Black after a sand down with 800grit and a mineral spirits wipe-down! I added a strip of chrome to the instrument cluster well that I think really makes it pop!

This is awesome! Any finished photos? I have been looking at doing this conversion on my new 2015 XL with the jump seat. I think it would be a little bit easier for me to retrofit it as the dash panels are already pretty similar.

Anyone else done this before?

You should ask to be a vendor and fab those console pieces for people. I'm thinking about undertaking this project.

Thanks for all the support guys! I've been going through a very busy summer so this project took a back seat for a bit but next week I've cleared out 5 days straight to work exclusively on finishing it up!

Console and touchscreen stereo installed and hooked up! Everything works except I have to start the truck from neutral for some reason, but that's a small price to pay for this badass console setup!

Blacked out trim pieces, plus added a little chrome strip around the beveled edge surrounding the gauges.

I'm a bit confused... Two shift **** one on the wheel and one for the console... I know that he added the console but did he make the non work on there or what's going on with that one?
