When listening to any station on different routes freeway and in town the music plays and stops randomly.

Anyone else having the same experience. Strangely this started right around the time that my free subscription that i got when i bought the truck expired.

I have purchased the extension so its not a licensing thing.

I had the same problem with my last truck (Ram 1500) when the subscription expired, I would pay for the extension ahead of time and after the change from one subscription to the next I would have the sound start and stop so often then it wasnt even listenable...they told me to go to the dealer and they replaced the antenna....it was good until the subscription renewed again and then the same problem....i wasn't still under warranty at that point so I want about to pay for a new antenna again....i cancelled my account and didn't try it again. It works good in my current truck but I'm not sure that I'll renew when the free subscription expires.

interesting - ill be sure to bring it up with the dealer in 2000miles when it goes in again.
