My truck has the sunroof and I ordered the parts for this mod a few days ago before I realized that there are different parts for models with a sunroof, so I have the non-sunroof model visors on their way. I'm going to try and install them anyway and if they work/fit, I'll let you know.

So my parts from Tasca arrived today and I knocked this mod out in a couple of hours! Turns out, that I can't find a single difference between the stock visors and the illuminated visors that I bought for a truck without a sunroof... The pictures with the visors stacked are to show that there is no size difference from my OEM sunroof model visors to the new non-sunroof part number visors.
Also, one other note, I saw a discussion about wire gauges on this thread. I used 22 AWG wire to make the connections. 20 AWG is fine and actually will work well, but I chose 22 AWG because the visor with the lights on only pulled 4 milliAmps according to my multimeter with the leads in series with the circuit. My only point here is that in my opinion, 22 AWG is more than enough wire. But 20 is fine as well for peace of mind. Same principle as fuses here. You can put a 2 Amp fuse in a 5 Amp socket, but you can't put a 5 Amp fuse in a 2 Amp socket.
Onto the pictures!

Well I finally got back to my problem with "Homelink" not working. I had reversed the polarity. "I paid so close attention to it the first time" Anyway, all good now.
Anyway, Thanks to all that responded and provided help. You are the Best.
