Bigger diameter TB will be absolutely useless for you without forced induction. Especially the 90mm.

Save your money

Not to hate on you, so please don't take it that way.

Is your intake manifold on the f150 90mm+? If not, than you won't increase flow; you can only flow as much air as the intake manifold bore size. Other than that, it should fit because the intake manifold's should be the same from Mustang to F150. The OEM tunes are the main differences. I hope this helps!

  1. As others have noted ... There would be no performance increase by simply adding a larger throttle body (even with a tune).
    .
  2. the F-150's 5.0L is not the same as a Mustang GT 5.0L - cams, exhaust, ECM, etc., etc., etc.
    .
  3. AND as per the 90mm throttle body listing ... "•Perfect for Force Inducted or Heavily Modified GT's". *None of which you have or indicate mod'ing to do.
.

The main differee between Mustang tuning and F150 tuning is Mustangs are tuned for high rpm Horsepower and F150s are tuned for low end torque. I'm not going to try to explain the technical details. Leave the Mustang parts on the Mustang and buy a tunner for your truck.
